International Shipments
The cost for international shipments depends on the quantity of products they include, as well as, the country of delivery and the shipping method available for each of these countries.
Trucking number for deliveries within Greece
All product deliveries in Greece include trucking number. If you are our member, you can see your trucking number, by selecting the section "My orders" and selecting the order you wish to check the trucking number. In order for the order to include a number, the status of the order must be "Order Sent" or "Order Sent & Complete". Also, as soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email informing you that it has been shipped, including trucking number. If you are not our member, you will also receive an email as soon as your order is sent, which will include the trucking number.
Shipping number for deliveries to International destinations
Most shipments to international destinations include trucking numbers. Usually, shipments to international destinations are sent via Hellenic Post (EL.TA) – registered mail, the trucking number is included in most countries. In order to check the shipment number of your order, if you are our member, you can see your shipment number by selecting the section "My orders" and selecting the order you want and it will show you the trucking number. In order for the order to include a trucking number, the status of the order must be "Order Sent" or "Order Sent & Complete". Also, as soon as the order is sent, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been sent, including the trucking number, if available. If you are not our member, you will also receive an email as soon as we send your order, which will include the trucking number, if available. For each of the available shipping methods either in Greece or in international destinations, you can visit the site of the courier company you have chosen, and by entering the trucking number you will have received from us, you will be able to track your shipment at real time.
